While I feel sorry for her, as a player I never knew that name till forum topic I noticed on dimension section, she maybe contributed game goodly for dimensioning wise but dimensions are not main object of RIFT, yes they are one of the biggest features of it.
Not to mention, there will be many people who won't want to join a server named after her, who loved her so much and knowing that server is limited-time only.
There is lots of people who passed away as players and as well as former team members, like Zann many old timers would know her, she was one of the best community members RIFT had with Elrar so far. She passed away June 2016, if we are going to name server to honor person who passed away don't get me wrong but Zann deserves it more than anyone else.
